Generally, arrangements must be made within 30 days of receipt and items must be in a salable condition. Shipping Supply Plus Inc. reserves the right to deny any request. In some instances, our returns policy and procedures may not apply to special orders that you place with us.  

Return Policies


Shipping Supply Plus Inc. is dedicated to providing excellent service and customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs, you can return what you purchased for an exchange or refund.  Simply contact us to receive specific details and instructions. Generally, the following conditions will apply:

  • Shipping expenses incurred by us are not refundable. Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

  • A restocking may fee apply (see below for details).

Restocking Fees

Given our passion for excellent service and customer satisfaction, our valued customers have the right to return products (given their returns meet our fair and reasonable returns policy). The product that you plan on returning should be repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear and tear. In many instances, if you decide to return a product, a restocking fee may apply. The following is a breakdown of our restocking fees:

  • Restocking fee for corrugated items: 25% for bundles and 20% for pallets

  • Restocking fee for all other products: 25%

Shipping to and from is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
